This is a brand-new role in the Nordic commercial team. The new Nordic Key Account Manager E-commerce will deliver and develop the commercial results and strengthen the relationship with a fast-growing portfolio of Nordic E-commerce customers.

Responsibilities / Key activities:

  • Deliver yearly sales targets
  • Establish long term, collaborative and strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Responsible for the expansion of customer sales and profitability
  • Manage customer budgets
  • S&OP account planning with forecasting accuracy and customer service level as key KPIs
  • Strong and accurate customer P&L management
  • Defines strategic customer plans
  • Enable perfect execution of the JDE on-line framework among key customers.
  • Establish collaborative cross functional partnerships to deliver best practice.

Qualifications

You are a positive spirit and a great team player, like the rest of us including:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience as Key account Manager or supporting role to Key Account Manager preferably within Pure Play on-line sales from FMCG
  • Great at building effective and cooperative relationships
  • Strong commercial understanding.
  • Capable of setting and driving the Nordic E-com agenda inspiring colleagues on the way
  • Fluent in Danish and English
